Yes, 100%. Whether you choose local storage or cloud backup, your data is always end-to-end encrypted using a unique device key. Even when stored on our cloud servers, the data is encrypted in a way that we cannot read it. We use zero-knowledge architecture, meaning we have no access to your actual medical records.
Just sign in with your Google account. It takes less than 30 seconds. We use Google authentication for a secure and seamless sign-in experience, so you don't need to remember another password.
If you have Pro or Family plan with cloud backup enabled, all your data is safely stored with end-to-end encryption. Just install MediReco on your new phone, sign in, and restore your data. Without backup enabled, unfortunately, the data would be lost with the phone - that's why we recommend the Pro plan.
MediReco is currently available as a PWA (Progressive Web App) that works on any phone through the browser and can be installed like a native app. Just visit our website and tap "Add to Home Screen".

Yes! The Free plan includes 1 profile. The Pro plan allows up to 3 profiles, and the Family plan includes up to 6 profiles - perfect for managing health records for parents, spouse, and children.
